Karise toetus on suur . Näiteks Keskerakonna ja SDE valijatest toetab teda 81%. Isamaa valijatest toetab 79%, Reformierakonna valijatest 75%. Ainult EKRE valijatest toetab teda 55%.

In the survey, researchers asked: "Do you support Alar Karis continuing as president?" 70% of respondents said "Yes" or "Rather yes". 17% answered "No" or "Rather no". 13% were unable to say.
Karis has strong support among voters of different parties. For example, 81% of Center Party and SDE voters support him. 79% of Isamaa voters support him, and 75% of Reform Party voters. Only 55% of EKRE voters support him.
The researchers also asked who people would prefer as president. Alar Karis was the most popular (41.6%). Other candidates received less support. For example, Marina Kaljurand (5.5%), Indrek Neivelt (5.4%), and Kersti Kaljulaid (4.7%).
The survey took place on March 2nd. 1001 people participated.
