For animals, a new rule was added. Poultry keepers must do more paperwork.
When the state creates a new law, it must write whether it adds paperwork.
This rule does not apply to the laws of the Riigikogu. Ministries checked regulations. They found regulations that are not needed.
Now ministries are changing regulations. This reduces paperwork.
