In June, Tallinn announced that the Russian Cultural Center and the Salme Cultural Center will close. They will come under Kultuurikatel. The Russian Cultural Center will get a new name—the Sea Cultural Center.
A few weeks later, the Reform Party said the plan was bad. Ivi Eenmaa asked why the Salme Cultural Center is going to Kultuurikatel.
Ülle Rajasalu said there are still questions. She asked how Kultuurikatel operates. Rajasalu stated that the Reform Party supports the plan only if they receive clarification.
The answers will come on Monday. Rajasalu believes the answers will arrive. She said that if there are no answers, Kaarel Oja will not come.
In June, the Tallinn city government discussed cultural reform. The Reform Party gave its approval. Rajasalu said that matters are discussed in the city government. More discussions take place in the commission.
Kaarel Oja said the city council has questions. Additional funding and kindergarten fees are in the media. Tallinn's laws and parking rules are causing confusion.
