The tax office says hobby schools and camps must pay tax. Before, they did not pay tax.
Hobby schools and camps asked the Ministry of Education for help. They think tax makes it harder for children.
The Ministry of Education agrees. They told the Finance Minister: "No tax for hobby schools and camps."
The Education Minister says: "Hobby schools and camps are good for children. They help children learn."
The Minister also says: "Hobby schools and camps are part of education. Children must have them."
Many children go to hobby schools and camps. Last year, 71,000 children went to hobby schools. This year, 30,000 children went to camps.
The Ministry of Education wants clear rules about tax. They asked the Finance Minister nine questions.
