Party Koos cannot get a bank account. Banks do not allow it. They cannot pay for the candidates.

Igor Hopp is a member of the party. He says the party must pay. But they cannot. They ask if the candidates can pay themselves.

Without a bank account, it is difficult to participate in elections. This is a problem.

Arne Koitmäe says the party must pay from its own account. A third party must not pay. If someone gives money, the party must use it.
