The EISA Council recalled Aare Järvan.
The new board member is Mari-Liis Küppar. She will start her work on September 1st.
EISA did not comment on the changes earlier. On Friday, EISA announced that Järvan is leaving.
Aare Järvan was the member responsible for financial services at EISA. He started work on September 12, 2022.
Järvan has worked at the Ministry of Finance and has been an advisor to prime ministers.
Ursel Velve, Sigrid Harjo, and Liina Vahtras will continue on the board.
Velve said that Küppar will help EISA build a customer-oriented organization.
Mari-Liis Küppar previously worked at Omniva. She has experience in marketing and business development.
Küppar has also worked at Inbank, Baltika, Saku Brewery, and Swedbank.
The EISA Council has 9 members, including Erkki Raasuke and Sandra Särav.
