G11 has submitted a proposal to Tallinn city to build a new building on Kompassi Square.
The building is planned to have up to 13 floors. The lower part will have 3 floors, and the upper part up to 13 floors.
Near the building are the Ambassador residential apartments. The new building will connect to them.
The planning also includes the surroundings of the building. Gonsiori Street will be beautified with more greenery.
A green area will remain between Reimani 8 and the new building. Parking spaces will be built underground.
Currently, there are benches and a bus stop there. Next to the building is the old flower shop Kannike.
The flower shop will remain and be visible. It will be possible to walk through the building.
In the western part of the plot, a square with a green area will be created.
There have been buildings on Kompassi Square before. For example, in the 1960s, there was a monastery there.
