Isamaa continues to be the most popular party. In October, Isamaa was supported by 23 percent of people. In September, Isamaa's rating was 24 percent, and in August, it was 25 percent. Thus, support has slightly declined in recent months.
The Center Party's rating rose to 20 percent in October. This level was last seen by the party in February 2022, before the Ukraine war. In the summer of 2024, the Center Party's rating fell several times to 12 percent. This February, the Center Party's rating began to rise.
In October, support for the Center Party increased by two percentage points. EKRE's support rose to 15 percent. In September, EKRE's support was 12 percent. In 2025, EKRE's rating fluctuated between 12 and 15 percent.
The Social Democratic Party's rating was 14 percent in October. The Reform Party had a rating of 13 percent. The SDE rating fell by three percentage points. The support for the Right-Wingers was nine percent.
Support for Eesti 200 was three percent in October. The Koos party was supported by two percent. The Greens and ERK were each supported by one percent. The rating of the Complaint Coalition was 16 percent.
In October, 23 percent of respondents could not state their preference. This is less than in September (30 percent). If we consider those who could not decide, Isamaa was supported by 17 percent, the Center Party by 15 percent, EKRE by 12 percent, SDE by 11 percent, the Reform Party by 10 percent, the Right-Wingers by seven percent, and Eesti 200 by two percent.
Among Estonian respondents, Isamaa was in the lead with 27 percent. EKRE was in second place with 18 percent. The Reform Party and SDE both received 15 percent. The support for the Right-Wingers was nine percent, and the Center Party had seven percent. Support for Eesti 200 was three percent.
Among respondents of other nationalities, the Center Party was the leader, receiving 67 percent support. SDE was in second place with 10 percent, and Koos was third with eight percent. EKRE gathered six percent and SDE five percent support.
Kantar Emor conducted the survey online and by phone from October 3 to 13, polling 1684 eligible citizens across Estonia. The maximum possible error is ± 2 percent. More details can be found on ERR's rating subpage.
