The Social Democratic Party, the Reform Party and Parempoolsed do not answer Isamaa's questions.
Jevgeni Ossinovski, deputy chairman of the Social Democratic Party, said that Isamaa's questions are important. He wants coalition talks with all four parties.
Ossinovski said that the parties share common values. These include Estonian-language education, corruption-free governance and efficient city management. He believes this will help reach agreements.
He called on the parties to quickly reach an agreement, as Tallinn's city budget needs to be finalized soon.
Parempoolsed leader Lavly Perling said their positions are public. She does not consider answering Isamaa's questions necessary. Perling said that voters expect a quick solution.
Maris Lauri from the Reform Party said they acknowledge Isamaa's initiative. She wants a joint discussion with all four parties.
Isamaa has not yet decided with whom to start coalition talks. They sent questions to all parties and are awaiting responses.
