The Supreme Court did not take Nordic Shield Group AB's complaint into proceedings.
The company wanted to challenge the procurement of concrete bollards for Estonia's eastern border.
RKIK can now proceed with the order for the bollards.
RKIK project manager Armin Siilivask said that the procurement will continue.
The goal is to sign a contract by March of next year.
First, the bidding rounds will be conducted.
Then negotiations and checks will take place.
If everything goes well, a contract will be signed.
Nordic Shield Group appealed the qualification round of the procurement.
The company had an issue with the ISO certificate.
RKIK believes that the certificate did not meet the requirements.
Estonia plans to install 600 concrete bollards on the eastern border.
RKIK announced the procurement in 2025.
The installation of the bollards is expected to be completed by 2027.
