The Riigikogu will convene on Tuesday. They will vote on whether Tõnis Mölder loses his parliamentary immunity.
Chancellor of Justice Ülle Madise will present her proposal. Members of the Riigikogu can ask her one question. Tõnis Mölder may also speak if he wishes.
After this, discussions will begin. Members of the Riigikogu, committees, and factions can speak. Then a vote will be held. A majority of votes is needed for a decision.
The prosecutor's office says that Tõnis Mölder did something wrong in 2022. He wanted to give money to the MTÜ Kõo Hunting Society. He conspired with the society to get a share of the money for himself.
The prosecutor's office also says that Mölder paid for election advertising postcards. He wanted the Riigikogu to reimburse this money. He knew it was not allowed.
