Elron trains are not running from Tallinn to the east this morning.
The reason is that cables being built between Kohtla-Nõmme and Püssi stations were cut during the night.
Trains are standing still, and passengers must use buses. Elron promises to carry out repairs quickly.
The Security Police say this is not sabotage. They believe someone stole the cables for money.
This is already the third cable theft in this area in the past month.
The police are investigating the incident. They are speaking with witnesses and gathering evidence.
Elron apologizes to passengers and recommends checking their website for updates.
If a train is delayed by more than 30 minutes, passengers can get a refund. To do this, a form must be filled out on Elron's website.
