On September 18, Anti Orav wrote to the company's employees. He said, "The owners of Juust & Jubn found that now is the right time for a captain's change." Äripäev wrote about it. Orav couldn't say who the new manager would be or when they would start.
As early as Friday, it became known that the new owner, the Saudi Arabian stock exchange firm Bindawood, had decided to replace the factory manager. Orav said there had been signs in the air earlier. "We met, and they made such a proposal that we could wrap it up now. The entire big and stressful bankruptcy period is now over, and the company has been handed over to new owners, and now we need to start acting differently, and they want there to be a new manager."
Anti Orav previously worked for a long time at the food company Orkla. He became the CEO of Estonia's largest cheese producer, E-Piim Tootmine AS, on November 20 last year.
In February, E-Piim Tootmine board member Janis Bertulsons filed for bankruptcy. The company's financial situation no longer allowed it to meet its obligations. In March, the court declared AS E-Piim Tootmine bankrupt.
At the company's bankruptcy asset auction, the Saudi Arabian stock exchange firm Bindawood made the winning bid. The purchase transaction went through Bindawood's Estonian subsidiary Juust & Jubn OÜ.
