In front of the Riigikogu is Lossi Square. Soldiers will be lined up there. President Karis will greet them. Then the presidents will go to Toompea Castle.
At 15:00, the ceremony will begin. President Karis will speak. Then Ülle Madise will take the oath of office. She will deliver her first speech as president.
